UNISEX EVERSEA Apocalypso Blue Mykonos Sea Turtle Pendant and Natural Leather Necklace

This great unisex necklace was inspired by the fabulous books "Eversea" and "Forever, Jack" by Natasha Boyd. It is part of a collection of sand and sea themed pieces that all recall the engrossing story of Keri Ann and Jack. Hand made ceramic beads and supple natural leather accent a silver sea turtle pendant made in Mykanos, Greece. The sea turtle is the center pendant of the necklace and measures 1 1/8" long and 1 1/4" wide. This is a beautiful, double-sided, cast turtle pendant in the antique silver finish. It has so much detail and the back side has a cute spiral pattern. Mykonos Castings start with a lead-free base metal, but are then coated with copper and finished (in the same way their Metalized Ceramics are finished) with fine silver. It is framed by two ceramic dark olive beads. If you've read the book, you understand the meaning behind the sea turtle. If you haven't read it be sure to get to it! You can get a copy on Barnes and Nobel and Amazon. ;) You won't be disappointed. The necklace is made of soft leather from Greece and closes with a toggle clasp.
